What you need to know with 3 weeks to go!
Complete your relay team!
A reminder that Relay teams must enter all their relay members by Wednesday 22 June. Please see instructions on how to do this in the Active Registration Guide here.
Essential Race Day Information
Now that we’re only three weeks away from race day, we hope you’re in good form to tackle the beautiful Dorney Lake triathlon course and enjoy a return to some healthy competition!
Please read the Event Guide carefully as it includes: Registration (timings, locations and things to remember); timings (wave times, transition times); changes to entries, getting to the event, parking information, rules of transition, equipment hire and more.
Your Active account | Signing of the waivers
If you haven’t done so already, you must sign your Active waivers. Please log into your Active Account and read and sign the waivers.
Registration
Triathlon / duathlon registration: Registration will be located near to the car park – look out for the large white marquee and registration flag on the mound. You need to register here 1hr30mins before the start of your wave and then make your way to transition. Please note there is a 20-minute walk from the car park to the transition areas.
Swim registration: For the Property Swim, you need to register and park at the top end of the lake, the complete opposite end to the Club House – there will be parking stewards to direct you but make sure you go right rather than left after entering the venue.
Please remember:
  • Arrive 1hr 30mins before the start of your wave to collect your Race Pack & Timing Chip
  • Bring safety pins to attach your race bib
  • Ensure you have your QR code ready at registration. This is required in order to pick up your race pack and will be shared with you in the 2 days to go email.
  • Please bring photo ID
Timings
1. Wave Times & Event Guide
Please note the latest additions to our website here for the following: approximate wave times, latest entrants list (both in the Race Information section) and our useful event guide for the day.
2. Transition time
You will be able to enter transition to rack your bike 1 hour before the start of your wave.
Entry List | Changes to entries
Entry list can be found on the website under event here.
If you need to make a wave change, please contact propertytriathlon@eu.jll.com before the deadline of 17:30 Wednesday 22 June. After this date no further changes can be made. We will not be able to make changes to wave times or team members on the day. Please note that if you change waves, you will not be eligible for a prize.
Rules of transition
It is very easy for the transition area to become chaotic, especially with increased numbers during the relay waves. It is imperative that you are aware of your surroundings and other competitors and that the lanes are kept clear at all times.
Key rules:
  • No phones
  • No alcohol
  • No headphones
  • Sticker must be on your bike & helmet to enter transition
  • Helmet must be on your head when taking your bike into transition
  • Competitors only in transition area
  • Wristbands must be on to enter and re-enter transition
  • Only for those in live competition – please leave transition once you have completed your race.
Please leave transition with all your equipment as soon as you have completed your race so we can reuse the racking.
For further information, please see the race information page here on the JLL Property Triathlon website.
Getting to Dorney Lake
Click here for directions to Dorney Lake. Traffic can be very heavy early on Friday mornings so try to get to the venue with plenty of time to spare, especially if you’re in an early wave.

Please ensure you check on any planned roadworks.
Car parking / car share
As most of you are taking part in teams or groups from the same company, we would encourage you to try and car share wherever possible to avoid being disappointed or having to park extremely far away.
Equipment hire
Wetsuit Hire
Wetsuits are not compulsory on the day unless the water temperature falls below 14 degrees Celsius.
We will communicate in advance of the event if this is likely to occur however, in July it is highly unlikely. Wetsuits, however, do provide good buoyancy to aid you in the water so if you would like to hire a wetsuit please visit the website here.
Please note wetsuits will not be available to hire on the day, so please make sure you organise these in advance of arrival.
Bike hire
Hire your bike for the day with British Bike Hire. They will bring the bike to the venue and their team will be on hand to help with any adjustments required.
You can then hand the bike back at the end of the day. Make sure you collect it from the British Bike Hire stand located by the large registration tent by the car park. BBH will offer a mechanics service in the event village as well as some retail.
Book yours here.
To ensure delivery before the event, please place your orders by Friday 10th June 2022.
